Over 30 different training modules now available.
Successful training is a key element of any store’s Health & Safety Program. Legislation dictates that all employees must be trained to work safely while carrying out their duties. Due diligence and audit criteria require that training be completed and be documented.
The Safety Twenty-four Seven program offers over 30 different training modules. Employees are individually registered for access to the online training modules, and the system tracks which training modules have been completed. Audio voice-over options are available for those users who would prefer to listen to the training modules instead of reading.
Also available is a Training Matrix Tracking System which tracks by employee the date of completion for each training module. Dealers can access site-level and departmental-level training reports which clearly show the training which has been completed and what training is still outstanding.
