Store Building Insurance

We offer an Exclusive Dealer Insurance program with specialized coverages not available in the regular marketplace, including:

• $15 Million Property of Every Description Blanket Coverage (building, equipment/fixtures, stock/inventory, business interruption)
• 20% Escalator Blanket coverage for Dealer stores with a Total Insured Value of Property greater than $12.5 Million
• No co-insurance clause
• No same site rebuilding restriction
• By-Laws coverage included
• Business Interruption coverage includes a 15 month Period of Indemnity
• $20 Million of general liability coverage
