The Home Hardware Trust was created over 30 years ago by the founders of Home Hardware and PIB with the purpose of providing Extended Health Care, Dental and Short Term Disability group insurance benefits to eligible employees of Home Hardware Stores Limited, participating Dealers and their subsidiaries. Over 12,000 Home Hardware employees are covered under the plan and less than 1% of Dealers ever move their benefits from the Home Hardware program.

Significant volume discounts and buying power make it one of the most competitive programs of its kind in the marketplace. This plan belongs to the dealers and is designed to be fair to all dealers and their staff, regardless of size or location.

The benefits are extensive. Being a part of the Home Hardware Group Benefits program offers you competitive advantages that are not available through the standard group insurance marketplace.
